Terms and Conditions

The Mobile County Soccer Complex is owned by Mobile County and managed/operated by Association Football Club of Mobile, LLC (“AFC Mobile”).

Soccer Field(s) will be inspected by management personnel prior to rental and conditions will be duly noted. By signing this agreement, renter will assume all responsibility for the rented area, clean-up, and protection of field contents, and agrees to pay for any damages occurring during the rental period.

Renter will also be responsible for providing a $250.00 check as a refundable deposit to accompany the rental fee. The deposit will be forfeited if trash is left on the field, parking lot, or in the road after your event. The premises will be inspected by management directly after each event.

Renter assumes all responsibility for its organization, and authorizes AFC Mobile to obtain necessary medical care and treatment for Renter’s participants for any illness or injury occurring during the rental period, but Renter acknowledges and agrees that AFC Mobile is NOT assuming a duty to obtain medical treatment, make medical decisions, or render medical care or treatment of the participants.

Renter acknowledges and agrees that AFC Mobile has NO ACCIDENT or MEDICAL PAYMENT INSURANCE COVERAGE for Renter’s participants and Renter agrees to pay all reasonable medical costs incurred if treatment is obtained.

Renter agrees that AFC Mobile has no responsibility or liability for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.

Renter releases Mobile County Soccer Complex, Mobile County, AFC Mobile, and their agents, servants, and employees from all claims, actions, causes of action, and rights of recovery or reimbursements of any type that any participant has or may have in the future which arise from or are related in any manner to the facility rental (including, but not limited to, claims of bodily injury and property damage or loss), and assumes all risks of hazards incident to such rental and transportation to and from the same. This agreement is signed both individually and on behalf of the participants present at rental.

Renter agrees to INDEMNIFY (secure or protect against a loss), DEFEND, AND HOLD Mobile County Soccer Complex, Mobile County, its Commissioners, employees, agents, independent contractors (including without limitation AFC Mobile) and assigns HARMLESS from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, arising from, or in any way arising out of Renter’s use of the Mobile County Soccer Complex and fields under this agreement, or that of Renter’s agents, invitees, or assigns.

Renter must provide AFC Mobile with a certificate of insurance with both the Mobile County Commission and Association Football Club of Mobile, LLC named as additional insureds (General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence/$3,000,000 aggregate). Insurance coverage must span the duration of the entire event or use, from beginning to end including set-up and tear-down. Certificates of insurance must be emailed to scheduling@afcmobile.net. Unless such certificate is received at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event, the event will be subject to cancellation and fees forfeited.

Renter may not assign, transfer, or sublet the privileges granted under this agreement.

NOTE: No part of the Rental Fee is refundable. Cancellations result in loss of Rental Fee.

Mobile County does not allow alcohol on its premises without express written approval. Any alcohol present at your event shall result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. The Mobile County Soccer Complex, Mobile County, and AFC Mobile further reserve the right to require that the field(s) be vacated if any of the above provisions are not followed at any time during occupancy.
